COTHM Celebrates International Women’s Day with Inspiring Stories from 25 Successful Female Alumni

The College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) celebrated International Women’s Day with a remarkable and inspiring gathering that highlighted the achievements of its accomplished female alumni. The event brought together more than 25 successful women who shared their professional journeys and reflected on how COTHM played a vital role in shaping their careers in the hospitality and tourism industry.

During the event, the alumni openly shared their experiences, challenges, and milestones that led them to success in their respective fields. Many of them expressed heartfelt gratitude to COTHM for providing them with quality education, practical training, and professional exposure that helped them build confidence and achieve their goals.

The audience, including students, faculty members, and industry professionals, listened with great interest as the speakers described how the knowledge and discipline they gained at COTHM added lasting value to their lives. Their inspiring stories created a strong sense of motivation among the students, encouraging them to pursue their dreams with dedication and determination.

Adding further insight to the discussion, CEO Chocolate Academy Zainab Ahmad Shafiq and Fatima Ahmad Shafiq also addressed the gathering. The ceremony concluded with a special gift distribution to all female participants followed by a cake cutting ceremony. The concluding celebration was joined by the Founder, President and CEO of COTHM, Ahmad Shafiq, who appreciated the achievements of women and acknowledged their vital role in shaping the future of the hospitality industry.
