In a remarkable story of dedication and professional growth, Kanza Rizwan, one of the first students of COTHM’s Cake Decoration & Fondant Art program in 2020, shared the inspiring six-year journey that transformed her into a key figure in Pakistan’s hospitality and culinary landscape.

Reflecting on her early days, Kanza Rizwan highlighted how her journey began with a passion for creativity, which was refined through professional training at the College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM). She credited the institution for not only building her technical foundation but also giving her the confidence and direction to expand her career into culinary arts and management.

Recognizing her potential, COTHM provided her with opportunities to grow beyond her initial specialization, enabling her to step into leadership roles. Today, she proudly serves as a Manager at the head office of the Chocolate Academy in Lahore, Pakistan, a position that reflects her hard work and the strong foundation laid by the institute.

During her talk, she expressed immense gratitude to COTHM for shaping her journey and helping her emerge as a leading personality in the industry. She described her six-year experience as a journey of continuous learning, resilience, and transformation.
