Famous RC aircraft enthusiast and popular YouTuber Remi RC has recently unveiled his most astonishing creation yet — a massive 1:8 scale RC model of the iconic Airbus A380.

The giant aircraft structure was crafted by shaping a huge foam block, which was later reinforced using fiberglass and carbon weave materials to ensure both strength and durability. Equipped with four powerful 250mm motors mounted beneath its wings, the enormous aircraft, weighing nearly 800 pounds, is capable of successfully taking flight despite its extraordinary size.

In a video series documenting the construction of what is being called the world’s largest RC A380 model, Remi RC revealed that the aircraft’s continuously increasing weight became the biggest challenge during the project.

To overcome this issue, he utilized extremely lightweight yet durable materials, including advanced carbon fiber with a honeycomb core structure, allowing the aircraft to remain strong while reducing overall weight for improved flight performance.
