COTHM Opens Admissions for International Award in Nutrition & Health (Level-2)

The College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) Group of Colleges has officially announced admissions open for the International Award in Nutrition & Health (Level-2), an internationally recognized British Qualification designed to equip participants with essential knowledge of nutrition, healthy eating, and wellness.

The intensive two-day online programme is aimed at individuals seeking to enhance their understanding of nutrition and health while earning a globally recognized qualification that supports both personal and professional development.

As awareness of healthy lifestyles and preventive healthcare continues to grow, nutrition has become an increasingly important component across the hospitality, culinary, healthcare, fitness, and food service industries. The programme has been developed to provide participants with internationally relevant knowledge that promotes healthier communities and informed dietary practices.

The curriculum covers key principles of balanced nutrition, healthy dietary guidelines, meal planning, nutritional requirements, food value preservation, and the relationship between nutrition and overall health.
