The third day of the program at COTHM focused on Industry Reality and Work Ethics, providing students with valuable exposure to the expectations, challenges, and professional requirements of today’s workplace.

Designated as the program’s primary Industry Immersion Day, the session featured an invited industry guest speaker who shared firsthand insights into real working conditions, career pathways, and professional growth opportunities across Pakistan’s hotel, restaurant, and airline sectors.

Students gained a clearer understanding of what employers expect from new professionals entering the industry. The session also addressed important hiring considerations and common red flags that can affect a candidate’s chances of securing employment.

A key part of the discussion focused on the realities of shift-based work, professional responsibilities, workplace discipline, and adapting to demanding schedules.
