A high achiever during her time at the academy, Chef Tasmia secured first position in Cake Design & Fondant Artistry (CDFA) and topped her Certified Chocolate Professional (CCP) batch, demonstrating exceptional technical ability and artistic creativity.
Her achievements continued beyond the classroom. In 2025, she earned a Gold Medal, followed by a Silver Medal at the Pakistan International Culinary Championship 2026, establishing herself as a promising talent in Pakistan’s pastry and chocolate industry.

Chef Tasmia was also honored with the prestigious Best Pastry Chef of the Year 2026 title in recognition of her technical excellence, innovative designs, creativity, and contribution to the culinary field.
Her transformation from homemaker to award-winning chef and entrepreneur has also attracted wider public attention. Her inspiring story and professional achievements have been highlighted by platforms including Pakistani Hero, PTV Home, and KAY2 Morning Show.
Today, Chef Tasmia Sana serves as the CEO & Founder of Doro’s Delight, where she continues to develop her entrepreneurial journey and showcase her passion for pastry and chocolate arts.
Alongside her entrepreneurial work, she serves as a Chef Instructor at Chocolate Academy Rawalpindi, giving back to the institution where her professional journey developed. Through teaching and mentorship, she is now helping aspiring culinary professionals develop practical skills and confidence.
