The 32nd EURHODIP Conference 2025 concluded in Llandudno, Wales, with a grand Gala Dinner and Award Ceremony, celebrating global excellence in hospitality education under the theme “Tourism & Hospitality Sustainability & Future Skills.”
The ceremony gathered distinguished leaders, educators, and innovators shaping the future of the global hospitality and tourism sector. The evening honored outstanding contributions in leadership, sustainable innovation, and academic advancement.

Representing Pakistan on the international stage, Mr. Ahmad Shafiq — Founder/President & CEO COTHM Global-UK, Advisor to the President Eurhodip, and Founder/President Chefs’ Association of Pakistan — attended the gala as part of his continued efforts to position Pakistan as a credible and progressive force in global hospitality education. His presence at the conference reinforced Pakistan’s growing stature in international forums following his earlier participation and diplomatic engagements.

The Gala Dinner served not only as a formal close to the three-day conference but also as a testament to expanding global collaboration. With Pakistan now consistently appearing in high-level hospitality dialogues — from Worldchefs Asia Presidents Forum representation to COTHM’s international recognitions — the evening symbolized how the nation is gaining acceptance and visibility in professional hospitality circuits worldwide.

The night concluded with international camaraderie, recognition of excellence, and a shared commitment to a skilled and sustainable future for the tourism and hospitality industry.
