Iraqi Airways has officially resumed direct flight operations between Baghdad and Karachi after a suspension lasting 86 days, marking a positive development for regional connectivity and international travel.
The first flight successfully arrived in Karachi today, where passengers and aviation officials welcomed the restoration of direct air links between the two countries. The resumed operations are expected to facilitate smoother travel for business travelers, tourists, pilgrims, and overseas communities.
Officials also indicated that direct flight services between Baghdad and Islamabad are expected to begin soon, further strengthening aviation connectivity and travel convenience between Pakistan and Iraq.
