During Eid ul-Adha, the Suthra Punjab team actively carried out organized sanitation and waste management operations across Punjab to maintain cleanliness and ensure public convenience for citizens.
Throughout the Eid holidays, sanitation workers and municipal teams remained in the field to manage waste collection, street cleaning, and disposal operations in an efficient and timely manner. The initiative aimed to ensure hygienic conditions in urban and rural areas during one of the busiest festivals of the year.
Citizens appreciated the improved cleanliness arrangements and effective waste management efforts, noting that the initiative reflects a stronger focus on civic services and public facilitation across the province.
Authorities stated that teams were deployed in all major cities and towns to ensure uninterrupted cleanliness operations and to respond quickly to sanitation-related issues during the festival period.
The ongoing efforts are part of broader municipal reforms aimed at improving urban hygiene, strengthening service delivery, and promoting a cleaner environment across Punjab.
